We hire a dj to record our "voice overs" but we create and mix our own music with the builds and sound effects! 

Brad, from Lethbridge's B93, The Breakfast Buzz, came into our Senior Diamond's practice on Tuesday and helped us cheer.  He tried stunting, jumps and part of their dance in exchange for a table full of food donations for the Food Bank!  We had so much fun (laughing) with (at) Brad and were glad we could contribute to the Food Bank at the same time.  We hate to be the bearer of bad news right before the holidays but, I'm sorry Brad, you did not make the team. 

We are going to take videos of our practices throughout the year to help the girls and ourselves monitor their progress and technique...these videos were taken in the beginning of October during a Senior Diamonds practice!

Let us take the stress of your holiday shopping by dropping your children off at our gym while you do the running around you need!  For $10 an hour per child they will get hours of exercise, fun and games surely to leave them ready for a nap by the time you pick them up! December 8th from 1-4 at Extreme Cheer Sensation! Suitable for all ages and genders.  We will split them up by ages to maximize their fun and use of equipment! Children must be potty trained to stay and play!
