Extreme cheer sensation Bow reward system!

So tami and I were debating ways we could motivate and reward our competitive athletes to progress tumbling skills faster. A small token or acknowledgement of mastering something new... What else would be appropriate than cheer bows?! So tami, the talented woman that she is ordered fabric and hand made bows. Each color bow represents a tumbling skill. She has put vinyl on them to make them sparkly and cute, much like all of us cheerleaders are! so far we have given out four back handspring bows and five back walkover bows!!! The girls LOVE them and I'm super excited about this idea.   I think it is a small expense for me and tami to congratulate these girls for how hard they work and try. Once they recieve their bow (the skill must be completed 3 times) we then upload a picture and post it to our Facebook page!
