Non ECS Members must sign up for at least 3 months of tumbling. 1 month cancellation notice must be given via email if you choose not to continue after the first 3 month.

Beginner & Advanced
►Level 1 Beginner class is for those that are just starting out. Learning forward rolls, handstands, bridges and cartwheels.
►Level 1 Advanced is for perfecting beginner skills and moving on to front and back walkovers
Class Description...
Level 1:
-all 3 spits (left, right, middle)
-forward/backward roll
-handstand
-candle stick
-handstand front limber
-bridge kick over
-handstand forward roll & back extension roll
-left/right cartwheel
-front/back walk over
-round off
